Joseph Dirickx is an Erasmus+ trainee who is completing a BSc in Psychology at Brunel University London. His previous research was at the Prediction and Information Processing Lab (PDIPLAB) investigating reinforcement learning and its effects on task switching and confidence in reversal learning, testing whether positive or negative feedback could affect confidence in judgments. He ran two behavioral experiments and assisted with running an fMRI experiment. Joseph is currently helping run two behavioral experiments at the Cognitive Systems Research Institute, investigating crossmodal binding rivalry and memory mixing, and analyzing the datasets.
